so now we just need to inform or better yet show administrators & teachers just how much we can support & enhance the education process.
This is so very true. I think the difference between this job and other teaching jobs is that we have to prove our worth, day after day, and I suspect, year after year.
And that is okay in many ways because it keeps us on our toes!
